This full-time, remote role offers a base salary with health, dental, and vision insurance and a 401(k). You will maintain records, schedule calls, track timelines, and prepare weekly reports while improving checklists and processes to keep work flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in operations, administration, project support, or office management
• A sharp eye for detail and a habit of finishing what you start
• Strong skills with spreadsheets, shared calendars, and cloud-based tools
• Clear, professional writing
• A quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet
• Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and documents across our systems
• Schedule calls and meetings across the team and with clients
