Job summary

LMI Government Consulting is seeking an Operations Business Analyst to streamline information management, documentation, and workflows across technical and operational teams. You will leverage Power Automate and Power Apps to reduce manual work, improve visibility, and clarify requirements.

The role partners with Operations, project teams, and external stakeholders to ensure information is accurate, compliant, and actionable, enabling faster, smoother handoffs and less rework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technical studies, operations, information management, or related field.
• Experience organizing high-volume information and communicating with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps including SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Practical experience building Power Automate workflows and supporting Power Apps for operational processes.
• Ability to understand procedures, apply requirements, and follow corrective actions.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration and distribution of technical, quality, operational, and project documentation.
• Manage documents across product line phases and audit-ready retention systems.
• Improve document intake, review, approval, distribution, and retrieval processes.
• Create Power Automate flows and support Power Apps for requests and reporting.
• Review documents for accuracy and compliance with requirements; address gaps.
• Prepare operational reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Support project communications, submittals, RFIs, and procurement documentation.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and communicate clearly across audiences.
