About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Business Process Automation / Power Platform Analyst to help identify, design, and implement automations that reduce repetitive administrative work and improve operational efficiency.
This role combines business process analysis, workflow design, and Microsoft Power Platform development. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand existing processes, identify opportunities for automation, and build practical solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and identify repetitive manual activities that can be automated.
- Work with process owners and stakeholders to understand requirements, triggers, inputs, business rules, approvals, and expected outputs.
- Map current-state processes and design efficient future-state workflows.
- Design, build, test, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
- Build automated approval, routing, notification, reminder, and follow-up workflows.
- Automate the creation of documents, folders, workspace structures, and recurring business artifacts.
- Create and update SharePoint Lists, records, metadata, and document libraries through automated workflows.
- Develop intake forms and applications using Power Apps and Microsoft Forms.
- Connect information and workflows across Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Forms.
- Support automated governance, reporting, decision tracking, and operational workflows.
- Document requirements, process flows, business rules, solutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Test workflows, troubleshoot issues, and refine automation solutions based on stakeholder feedback.
- Evaluate automation opportunities based on business value, complexity, implementation effort, and risk.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Hands‑on experience with Power Apps / PowerApps.
- Strong SharePoint and SharePoint Lists experience.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow design.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience designing and implementing automated workflows.
- Experience with approval workflows, routing, notifications, reminders, and follow‑ups.
- Experience creating or updating records through automated processes.
- Experience with workflow testing, troubleshooting, and implementation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical automation solutions.

- Experience with Monday.com or similar work management platforms.
- Experience integrating third‑party platforms with Microsoft 365.
- Experience with automated document generation for Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF, or similar artifacts.

Education
