Spring Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations (Alma) to lead a small team and own the systems, processes, and analytics that power revenue growth. This fully remote role reports to the Senior Director and collaborates across Marketing, Operations, Product, Accounting, and Finance to drive data-driven decisions.

You’ll manage CRM and integrations, set reporting rhythms, optimize tooling, and ensure data accuracy while partnering on vendor transitions and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in sales/revenue operations, business operations, consulting, or project management.
• 1-2 years of people management experience.
• Experience configuring Salesforce including flows, validation rules, permission sets, and field-level security.
• Experience building and maintaining automations that others rely on.
• Proficiency with revenue tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft) and implementing complex revenue processes.
• Fluency with AI tools and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small Revenue Operations team while acting as an individual contributor.
• Manage CRM, sales/marketing tools, data infrastructure, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve revenue generation strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end projects from ideation to go-live and reporting cadence.
• Evaluate and migrate tools across the revenue tech stack and ensure clean data flow.
• Troubleshoot issues and support end users of revenue tools.
