H2 Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead and scale our healthcare revenue cycle operations in a remote role across the US. You will oversee patient registration through collections, optimize processes, and drive performance.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management, strong leadership, and expertise with billing, coding, payer relations, and denial management. You will partner with IT, compliance, and clinical teams to align systems and reporting with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Proven ability to lead and scale revenue cycle teams.
• Strong knowledge of billing, coding, collections, denials and payer relations.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end revenue cycle processes from patient intake to collections.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team across billing, collections, and denial management.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance development plans.
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, and compliance teams to optimize workflows.
