Job summary

Frontline Source Group seeks a Remote Strategic Operations Lead to own the AI-enabled operations roadmap in a healthcare RCM context. You will sit between operators and engineers, turning on-floor insights into prioritized automation while ensuring adoption and measurable impact.

You will partner with the COO/VP of Operations, monitor KPIs, and drive fast iteration with a focus on reducing bottlenecks and improving throughput across IDR-related workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategy consulting or high-velocity ops roles; or similar.
• Ability to break down complex problems into measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytics with large datasets and ROI focus.
• Experience partnering with operators, engineers and senior leadership.
• Product-minded operator with SaaS/AI automation exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI roadmap for operations and prioritize initiatives by ROI.
• Translate floor-level bottlenecks into build specs for automation.
• Lead tight feedback loops between operators and engineers.
• Drive adoption, training, and change management for new tools.
• Measure throughput, accuracy, and financial impact weekly.
