Nourish is building a patient-centric, AI-enabled digital health platform delivering insurance-covered care across all 50 states. We are seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle Management to lead a high-performing RCM team and scale operations for rapid growth.

You will design and manage performance workflows, leveraging AI to optimize collections and patient experience, collaborating with Engineering, Credentialing, Customer Experience, Clinical Operations, and external vendors.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle or healthcare operations.
• 3+ years managing a team of 5+ people.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and partnerships.

• Lead and develop a team of RCM Associates with coaching and career growth.
• Oversee day-to-day RCM operations ensuring accuracy and efficiency and patient-centric care.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and training to scale the RCM team.
• Identify and implement workflow optimizations to improve collections and experience.
• Serve as cross-functional liaison between RCM, Engineering, Credentialing, Customer Experience, Clinical Operations, and external vendors.
• Support new product and contract activations with smooth launches.
• Own ad-hoc operational projects to drive growth and improvements.
• Develop and manage KPIs to track productivity and workflow success.
