Spring Health is seeking a mission-driven Lead Revenue Operations Analyst to own the systems, processes, and analytics that drive growth across our org. This fully remote role partners with Marketing, Operations, Product, Accounting, and Finance to turn data into decisions and build scalable revenue processes.

You will lead reporting cadences, optimize data quality, and guide tool implementations to accelerate revenue growth while maintaining governance and clarity across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations, business operations, consulting, or project management.
• Fluent in SQL, able to write and troubleshoot queries against a data warehouse for revenue data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the CRM, sales and marketing tools, data infrastructure, and integrations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that improve revenue generation.
• Lead projects from ideation through execution to improve revenue processes and tool enhancements.
• Own the recurring reporting rhythm across sales and growth marketing for visibility and decisions.
• Vet and select tools across the revenue tech stack and ensure clean data flow.
