Job summary

Dan.com - a GoDaddy brand is seeking a seasoned Operations professional to own and optimize the weekly approvals cycle across multiple departments in a remote, 10-month engagement. You will coordinate inputs, drive sign-offs, and maintain comprehensive trackers and documentation.

You will lead the implementation and testing for internal tooling, support data validation, and migrate legacy records. Expect executive updates, dashboards, and proactive process improvements throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations, program or project coordination, or process management.
• Experience managing recurring, deadline-driven processes with executive stakeholders.
• Experience gathering requirements and partnering with engineering or product teams on internal tools and UAT.
• Strong concise written communication for senior leadership audiences.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and project tracking tools.
• Ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive information discreetly.
• Experience in data centers, real estate development, energy, infrastructure, or capital projects preferred.
• Experience with approval, governance, capital-authorization, dashboarding, change-management, or user-adoption processes preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; candidates without one need 8+ years of relevant experience. PMP, Agile, or operations management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run the weekly internal approvals process, including intake, preparation, routing, tracking, and follow-through.
• Review approval materials, resolve missing information, and coordinate cross-functional sign-offs across finance, space, legal, and energy teams.
• Maintain approval trackers, process documentation, workflow diagrams, glossary content, and approvals hub resources.
• Lead business-side implementation and testing for a portfolio management platform, including requirements, UAT, feedback triage, data validation, and legacy-record migration.
• Prepare executive updates, pre-reads, announcements, distribution lists, and notification groups for director and VP audiences.
• Maintain dashboards and recurring reports covering approval status, pipeline, cycle time, and forward-looking activity.
• Document workflows, identify bottlenecks, implement automation opportunities, and lead change-management activities such as training and adoption tracking.
• Participate in internal practice meetings, networking, thought leadership, case studies, and professional development initiatives.
