Job summary

itD seeks an Operations Manager to provide business operations coverage for the data center site selection team during a planned leave, maintain a weekly approvals cadence, advance the rollout and testing of a new portfolio management platform, and sustain leadership reporting and communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, program coordination, or process management.
• Experience running recurring, deadline-driven processes with executives.
• Experience gathering requirements and partnering with engineering or product teams on internal tool implementation and UAT.
• Strong written communication for senior leadership.
• High attention to detail across multiple parallel workstreams.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and project tracking tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Run the weekly internal approvals cadence end to end with intake prep, routing, tracking, and follow-through.
• Quality-check decks and intake submissions, coordinate cross-functional sign-offs, and maintain SLAs.
• Maintain the approvals tracker, hub site, documentation, diagrams, and glossary; support live deal reviews.
• Lead business-side implementation and testing of a new portfolio management platform; define requirements and run user testing.
• Draft updates for director/VP audiences and manage distribution lists.
• Maintain dashboards and recurring reporting on approvals, pipeline, and cycle time; produce reviews and ad hoc analyses.
• Document workflows, surface bottlenecks, drive automation, and lead change management.
