• Over 2 years experience as Operations Manager or Client Success.

• Able to analyze data and formulate strategies in line with outcomes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Coach, manage and mentor leaders within the business to achieve KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in operational management tools and software.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Help run daily operations for a U.S.-based small business, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all areas.
• Manage capacity planning as well as utilization to support the achievement of business targets, volumes and operational budgets.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve workflow and performance.
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company goals and initiatives.
