Cardinal Health Sonexus Access and Patient Support is seeking a senior operations leader to manage enrollment and eligibility programs across client accounts. You will coach supervisors, drive performance, and align staffing with contract needs while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

This remote, full-time role requires up to 25% travel, collaboration with manufacturer clients, and ongoing development of talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience leading and developing teams of employees.
• Pharmacy or healthcare knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and mentor supervisors directing enrollment and eligibility teams.
• Oversee up to 100 employees with strategic direction and evaluation.
• Coordinate daily operations with supervisors to resolve issues.
• Build client relationships and interpret needs to deliver solutions.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with clients.
• Travel up to 25% to support client and program needs.
• Develop succession and training plans.
