Job summary

Cardinal Health Sonexus Access and Patient Support seeks a Program Manager to oversee relationships with key clients, resolve complex issues, and deliver a portfolio of solutions across onboarding, implementation, and post-launch support.

You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and ensure satisfaction while driving profitability. A Bachelor's degree plus 5 years in client/operations roles and pharma experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years relevant experience in client management, account management, or operations management.
• At least 3 years of formal leadership experience consisting of direct reports.
• At least 1 year of client management experience within the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills; includes presentation skills.
• Demonstrated project management preferred.
• Understanding of P&L statements.
• Proven ability to hold self and others accountable in pursuit of providing world-class support.
• Ability to travel 25% of time.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-level, long-term trusted advisor relationships.
• Lead and deliver professional program status to clients and Sonexus senior leadership.
• Interact with clients to provide resolution to inquiries and updates on program performance.
• Deliver broad-based portfolio of solutions that meet Cardinal Health and customer goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional onboarding, implementation, and post-launch expertise.
• Influence account profitability.
• Own client relationships and act as escalation point for all program services.
