Cardinal Health Sonexus Access and Patient Support seeks a Technical Account Manager to drive value for large pharmaceutical manufacturers. This remote, full-time role integrates our technology platform with client programs to improve onboarding, adherence, and reimbursement.

You will manage projects, coordinate with stakeholders, balance scope, schedule and budget, and mentor colleagues. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred and 8+ years in professional services/healthcare.
• Experience in a Specialty Pharmaceutical HUB environment preferred.
• Strong project management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and recommend technical solutions for new product launches and vendor integrations.
• Serve as single technical liaison with daily client interactions.
• Monitor backlog, manage timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget results.
• Proactively provide program recommendations to enhance service value.
