Job summary

Cardinal Health Sonexus™ Access and Patient Support is seeking a data analytics professional to partner with pharmaceutical manufacturers, translating complex data into actionable insights.

You will analyze patient access and program performance, work with cross-functional teams, and present findings to non-technical audiences. The role is full-time and remote, with training 8:00 am-5:00 pm CST and typical hours Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong SQL skills with demonstrated experience analyzing complex datasets.
• Experience with Tableau or a comparable BI/visualization platform.
• Ability to translate data and analysis into meaningful business insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with pharmaceutical manufacturer clients to understand objectives and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to identify trends and operational challenges.
• Conduct recurring and ad hoc analyses focused on patient access and program performance.
• Translate findings into clear, concise insights and actionable recommendations.
• Develop data stories to explain performance and drivers for stakeholder actions.
