Incredible Sitters is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily client and caregiver operations in a fast-paced remote environment. This role emphasizes ownership, proactive problem solving, and leadership potential as the company scales.

The ideal candidate will manage caregiver scheduling, coordinate placements, and maintain clear communications with families. This is a part-time position with potential to grow into full-time as growth continues.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management or related leadership roles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable using technology, online platforms, scheduling systems, and digital communication tools.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day client and caregiver operations for families and caregivers.
• Oversee caregiver availability, scheduling, and coverage needs; coordinate replacements as needed.
• Track outstanding tasks and coordinate internal communication; keep leadership informed of priorities.
• Identify recurring issues and develop practical solutions; help create and improve SOPs.
• Support interviews, onboarding, and caregiver introductions; drive growth and process improvements.
