Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role.
• Experience in startup or founder-led businesses is ideal.
• Strong PM and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendors and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, manage timelines, priorities, deliverables, and follow-ups across the business.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, technology vendors, legal and servicing partners.
• Build scalable SOPs, workflows, checklists, and documentation.
• Review lending documents and map data across loan systems and CRM.
• Partner with outsourced development teams, ensure timely platform improvements.
• Support founder with operational planning and future hiring.
