Job summary

Prelim, a San Francisco- and New York City-based startup with fully remote positions across the US, is seeking an operations-focused professional to keep the trains running. You will coordinate across product, design, engineering, and implementations, design lightweight systems to visualize team workload, and maintain cadence through regular syncs and staff handoffs.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience at a startup that scaled through the 15-to-80 person range.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across product, design, engineering, and implementations.
• Strong writing and communication skills with ability to create operational docs, staffing plans, trackers, agendas, status reports, and process docs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the picture of who is working on what across teams.
• Build and run a lightweight system for weekly workload visibility and delivery risk.
• Lead operational rhythm with agendas, cycle kickoffs, tracked action items, and documented OOO plans.
• Coordinate staffing and project handoffs to ensure no work falls through cracks.
• Manage vendor and logistics tasks in collaboration with People Operations.
