Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience, with team leadership
• 2+ years managing teams in property management
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Experience with leasing, vacancies, renewals, rent collections, evictions
• Experience working with property owners and remote teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, vacancies, unit turns, renewals, and rent increases
• Coordinate maintenance and monitor vendor performance
• Monitor collections, delinquencies, and evictions
• Ensure timely property inspections and deadlines
• Lead a remote team of six and drive KPIs
