Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to manage contract lifecycle operations, CRM accuracy in Salesforce, and customer workflows for one of our clients. This remote, full-time role focuses on execution from initiation to completion and maintaining clean customer records.

You will coordinate contract follow-ups, support recurring revenue operations, and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers

Qualifications

2–4 years in customer operations, contract administration, billing, or operations support.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and DocuSign.
Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Comfortable with outbound customer communication and follow-up.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Manage customer contracts from initiation through execution and maintain accurate records.
Update contract trackers and Salesforce with customer and contract data; monitor renewals.
Reach out to customers to explain pricing and terms; send agreements via DocuSign.
Support recurring revenue operations and prepare operational reports.
