Job summary

InterMotive Vehicle Controls seeks an Operations Manager – Electronics and Wire Harnessing for a full-time remote role. You will oversee daily operations across design, manufacturing, and quality to ensure on-time delivery and consistent product standards.

Lead planning, scheduling, and resource management while driving continuous improvement in ISO 9001:2015 environments. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and customer support to optimize production and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management within electronics manufacturing or automotive/vehicle controls environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and experience implementing process controls.
• Ability to manage design, manufacturing, and quality workflows in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery and consistent product standards.
• Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow to meet KPIs and quality targets.
• Monitor production metrics and drive continuous improvement to reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and logistics to manage inventory and vendor relationships.
• Communicate operational status to leadership and stakeholders.
