Qualifications

• Programming experience connecting IIoT devices; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-end technical sales support, order acceptance, and project execution for digital projects across the United States.
• Oversee digital field substation equipment monitoring projects, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Directly manage a team of service technicians and support personnel development.
• Prepare operations budgets and forecast project costs, both direct and indirect.
• Coordinate warranty and support activities with the Global Call Center.
