Dayton Roger's is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations. You will work with the executive team to drive growth, ensure projects are on time, on budget, and meet high quality standards.

Responsibilities include developing operational strategies, monitoring KPIs, managing resources, budgets and client relationships, and leading a team to achieve goals while ensuring safety compliance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in operations management, preferably in construction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with goals.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Manage resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Oversee budgets and timelines for profitability and client satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Lead and motivate project managers, supervisors and staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.
• Evaluate and improve processes to boost efficiency.
• Prepare and present progress and financial reports to executives.
