Job summary

Mark Moss Media is seeking a fully remote, full-time Operations Integrator to bring a founder-led business into a scalable operating system. You will own cadence, scorecards, decision logs, and a transparent SOP ecosystem, ensuring the team operates with accountability and cadence.

Remote, US-based, contract-to-hire, with flexibility to align with PST hours. You’ll drive cost awareness, tool audits, and streamlined decision-making across departments.

Qualifications

• You’ve been the integrator or head of ops for a founder-led business.
• You installed the cadence, the scorecard, and the accountability, and it stuck.
• You run a team to standards and hold heads to their numbers.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating cadence: weekly leadership call, scorecard review, decision log, and 1:1s.
• Maintain the scorecard as the single source of truth with owned updates.
• Intercept and resolve operational issues and own the fix and doc updates.
• Audit the full tech stack in 30 days: tools, cost, purpose, usage.
• Run department head seat assessments within 60 days with written recommendations.
• Own end-to-end funnel tracker with owners per stage.
• Manage contractor invoices and keep spend visible for CFO insights.
• Recommend an EOR provider and manage contractor-to-W2 conversions in order.
• Propose concrete solutions with problems identified.
