Job summary

Inside Out Hiring is seeking an Operations & Client Experience Coordinator for a fully remote, long-term role with a fast-growing home services franchise. You will work closely with the owner to manage the sales pipeline, schedules, client communications, and basic financial tracking.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in admin/ops, strong English, and CRM experience; Latin America or South Africa bases are preferred for this remote position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in admin, operations, or customer-service roles.
• Based in Latin America or South Africa.
• Fluent English; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience with CRM, calendars, and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit client records in the CRM.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendar for field teams.
• Serve as the primary admin contact via phone, email, and messaging.
• Log payments and assist with basic AR/AP record-keeping.
• Document SOPs and support day-to-day admin tasks.
