ServiceMaster Brands in the United States seeks a Commercial Restoration Project Supervisor for the Large Loss Division. You will lead a team of technicians and temporary labor, oversee job setup, hazard reporting, and progress documentation, and perform moisture mapping and water extraction as needed.

This role entails remote work with travel 200+ days/year, requiring flexibility, strong communication with customers, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to talk with customers and manage temporary laborers.
• Must be dependable and flexible with frequent changes.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Backbone of large loss project work and crew supervision.
• Set up work areas and ensure equipment and supplies are ready.
• Inspect for hazards and document them for shift.
• Photo document progress and manage remaining tasks; assist as needed.
• Perform moisture mapping and monitor results.
• Assist in extracting water and removing damaged materials after events.
