Job summary

PNC is seeking an Operations Manager in the Midland footprint to lead a loan administration team and oversee payment processing, reporting, and reconciliations. You will coordinate with external Primary Servicers and internal departments, ensuring precision and compliance in daily operations.

The role may offer remote work eligibility in select locations; supervision experience and strong process-improvement skills are essential to drive efficiency and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• No university/college degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage risk, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute operating plan and communicate strategic direction to the operations team.
• Manage and develop a team of Supervisors and Individual Contributors.
• Provide coaching, set tactical plans, and translate strategy into actions.
• Identify and implement process improvements and SOPs; advise service partners and customers.
• Monitor risk, ensure compliance, and resolve exceptions in collaboration with internal/external partners.
