Job summary

PNC Midland seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Sub-Servicing Administration team, overseeing payment processing, reconciliations, and liaison with Primary Servicers. This role may be eligible for remote work in select locations, with in-office participation as needed.

The position requires guiding supervisors, driving process improvements, and ensuring risk mitigation while aligning with enterprise strategies. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
• No Degree is required for this role.
• Experience in operations management and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Executes operating plan and communicates strategic direction to the operations team.
• Manages and is responsible for achieving desired business results and resolves escalations.
• Provides coaching and development to team members and leads staff meetings.
• Provides consultation and advice to service partners and customers and identifies process improvements.
• Reviews transactions and reports to identify exceptions, monitors quality and ensures compliance.
