PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Sub-Servicing Administration team within the Midland footprint.

You will oversee a group of developing Loan Administrators, ensuring accurate payment processing, monitoring a shared inbox, reviewing quarterly reports, and coordinating with external Primary Servicers. Remote work may be available in select locations with proper clearance.

Qualifications

• Work Experience: typically 5+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience is required.
• Education: No Degree; Certifications: No Required Certification(s); Licenses: No Required License(s). For education: a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
• Language Assessments: No Required or Preferred Language Assessments

Responsibilities

• Execute operating plan and communicate strategic direction to the operations team.
• Manage one or more functions across sites; supervise and coach staff.
• Aim for target business results; escalate and resolve exceptions.
• Process and reconcile transactions per policies and procedures; partner to resolve escalations.
• Lead process improvements and standard operating procedures; support risk mitigation and business resiliency.
