Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior Product Implementation leader in the United States to guide a cross-functional team through end-to-end product implementations, policy updates, and launches. You will work with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Business units to align priorities and enable successful adoption.

You will develop scalable processes, manage change communications, and use adoption metrics to drive continuous improvement across provider networks and platforms.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Product Operations, Clinical Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or related field within healthcare or tech.
• Direct people management experience including setting roadmaps and coaching senior contributors.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, product implementation, and platform launches.
• Experience with clinicians/healthcare providers and balancing clinical workflow with product growth objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capabilities using operational and product performance metrics.
• Strategic, results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Implementation team, mentoring senior contributors and setting priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end product implementations, policy updates, and launches for successful adoption.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Business leaders to resolve risks and align priorities.
• Develop scalable implementation frameworks, playbooks, and processes.
• Collaborate with Systems Architecture to align product capabilities with data infrastructure including Salesforce and EHR.
• Manage change communications, training, and enablement for providers and clinical teams.
• Measure performance using adoption and product metrics to drive continuous improvement.
