Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategy, operations, product management, or high-growth fintech environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong product management skills: requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; translate challenges into structured plans.
• Experience using data to evaluate performance, justify investments, and measure outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to handle multiple priorities.
• Fintech/payments experience is highly preferred.
