JLL seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead a remote regional service delivery team from the Philippines. You will serve as the primary contact for operations, coach staff, and maintain policy/process docs while aligning with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and service excellence.

You will oversee reporting, MRI workflows, testing during upgrades, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-performance operations and client satisfaction.

Competenze

• MRI software experience and understanding of core MRI software functionality.
• Financial background with accounts knowledge is desirable.
• SQL knowledge and experience is required.
• Confident communicator with good presentation skills.

Mansioni

• Manage the team to ensure service delivery standards are met.
• Be the single point of contact for team members on operational issues.
• Provide coaching sessions, training, and policy documentation updates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and drive improvements.
• Provide reporting and data insights on team performance.
