BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) is seeking an Operations Lead for Life Sciences Speaker Bureau. This virtual role supports NOAM operations with US hours, leading teams, managing programs, and building client relationships to ensure seamless events.

You will balance leadership with hands-on operations, ensuring compliance, timelines, and budgets while driving efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting speaker bureau programs.
• Familiarity with Pharma industry expectations and regulated client work.
• People management experience including coaching and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams with clarity, accountability, and a professional approach.
• Manage Life Sciences programs in a compliant, detail-oriented environment.
• Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and updates.
• Maintain timelines, budgets, SOPs, and event materials across multiple priorities.
