Job summary

SpotMe is seeking an Event Project Manager, Life Sciences for US remote work. You will lead end-to-end congress, webinar, adboard and medical education event projects, coordinating onsite and remote delivery with stakeholders across Commercial, Medical and Legal review.

You'll build and launch our live engagement apps using Backstage CMS, train faculty and field teams, ensure flawless event day execution, and deliver post-event analyses and dashboards to clients, driving value across programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in congress engagement and pharma stakeholder management.
• Experience in congress, medical education event planning and execution.
• Understanding of approval workflows across Commercial, Medical and Legal review.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end congress, webinar, adboard and medical education event projects onsite and remote.
• Build, configure and launch live engagement apps using Backstage CMS.
• Professionally manage customers and senior stakeholders with clear, timely communications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless event-day delivery and review event apps for flawless execution.
• Train faculty, field sales teams, booth staff and agencies to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle post-event communications, analyze data, and deliver detailed reports and dashboards to customers.
