BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) is seeking an Operations Manager, Travel & Meetings Services to lead a blended team responsible for corporate travel, attendee travel, meeting logistics, and housing services. The role connects strategic objectives with day-to-day delivery to drive client results and attendee experiences.

You will manage SLAs, quality standards, and performance metrics while coaching staff to foster accountability and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Leading multi-functional, client-facing teams in travel, meetings, events, hospitality, or similar operational environments.
• Keeping service delivery on track by managing SLAs, quality standards, productivity goals, and operational performance metrics.
• Coaching and developing team members while building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partnering with clients, account teams, meeting planners, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and elevate the overall experience.
• Using data, reporting, and sound judgment to improve workflows, support business continuity, and drive better operational outcomes.
