You will oversee Account Management staff, ensure policy and process compliance, and drive operational efficiency for a growing book of business.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in insurance or 7+ years in related relation management, active licensing, and strong analytical and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience or 7+ years in sales/relationship management.
• Active insurance license is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and ensure service excellence.
• Monitor performance standards and workflow management.
