Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks an Operations Supervisor – Commercial Lines to lead the Account Management team at the Longwood, FL branch. This role focuses on performance, process compliance, service excellence, staff development, and managing an assigned book of business.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in insurance brokerage or 7+ years in related sales/relationship management, active licensing, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years of sales, marketing or relationship management experience
• Active licensing is required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding
• Manage an assigned book of business
• Support renewals and new business processes
• Improve operational efficiency and data integrity
