Job summary

Celerity is seeking a Senior Manager to build and run the operational backbone of the BIS practice. This remote, work-from-home eligible role requires proven delivery leadership, people management, and the operational discipline to guide experienced professionals through rapid growth; domestic and international travel may be required per project.

Strong operational leadership and ability to scale delivery teams.
Experience building and sustaining high-performing team culture.
Expertise in establishing governance, templates, and cadence for delivery.

Responsibilities

Own the weekly resource coordination sync across multiple projects.
Maintain real-time utilization view and address over-allocation or skill gaps.
Build and maintain operational cadences, onboarding sequences, and inter-pillar coordination.
Escalate delivery risks and translate insights into executive signals.
Ensure tools, templates, methodologies, and standards are in place for consistent delivery.
