Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar
• Experience in developing SOPs and operational processes
• Experience creating training materials and programs

• Ability to analyze workflows and devise practical solutions
• Capable of independent work from assessment to implementation
• Experience in a law firm or legal services is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Review current operational processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Develop and document clear SOPs

• Create training materials, guides, and resources for staff
