Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a leader to own the Legal Operations function and scale it for the next phase of growth in an AI-native environment.

You will oversee contract lifecycle management, outside counsel relations, and the overall legal tech stack, partnering with Finance, IT and business teams to keep processes aligned. This role is remote in the United States and requires experience leading legal operations in a high-growth tech company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in legal operations with leadership.
• Deep expertise in legal technology including CLM platforms, e-billing, and matter management.
• Experience supporting global teams.
• Strong analytical skills for metrics-driven decision making.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve operating model for Legal.
• Manage legal technology stack including contract management (Ironclad) and e-billing.
• Manage relationships with outside counsel and service providers.
• Collaborate with automation teams to leverage Eleven Agents.
• Define metrics and build dashboards for priorities and workload.
• Partner with Finance, IT, FDE and business teams to align processes.
