Job summary

Idlogistics is seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to lead the design and implementation of technical, operational, and construction projects across a nationwide distribution network. You will coordinate cross-functional teams with operations, engineering, IT, safety, HR, finance, and customers to deliver cost-effective solutions that drive growth while maintaining safety and compliance.

This remote role requires about 50% travel, with on-site launches and milestones.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• PM certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) required.
• 2+ years of project management experience leading technical and construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, risk mitigation, and documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of technical, operational, and construction-related projects from concept through execution.
• Develop project implementation strategies, plans, timelines, and communication plans.
• Coordinate and lead project meetings with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and project teams.
• Partner with operations, engineering, IT, safety, HR, finance, and customer teams to align objectives.
• Design and evaluate solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring feasibility and compliance.
• Conduct analyses, benchmarking studies, and evaluations to identify improvements and value.
• Prepare presentations, status updates, business cases, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support facility expansion and infrastructure projects with contractors and permitting agencies.
• Integrate logistics data and technology-driven solutions into project designs.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines, budgets, quality, and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs and all applicable regulatory requirements.
