Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings Inc.—through its Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC)—seeks a Project Manager to join our Launch Team. You will coordinate startup activities, ensure operational readiness, and deliver launch objectives on time and within budget across our network. Extensive travel is required, with 36–40 weeks on-site per year.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Safety, HR, IT and Finance to drive successful project execution and standardization across launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of project management or operations experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of new business startups and launches.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones.
• Coordinate startup activities across departments for readiness.
• Serve as the primary contact between stakeholders, customers and teams.
• Track progress and escalate risks or constraints as needed.
• Facilitate launch meetings and provide project updates to leadership.
• Support staffing, training, equipment installation and onboarding.
