Job summary

Data Center Storage and Logistics seeks a Warehouse PM to lead on-site warehouse execution, overseeing inbound receiving, storage, audits, and load-out, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient movement of customer equipment.

You will collaborate with Program PMs and field crews, manage third-party rigging and logistics, and keep WMS and digital twin in sync with floor activity while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse operations, material handling, or logistics with direct responsibility for physical product movement.
• Experience directing third-party rigging, handling, or moving crews and holding vendors to safety/performance standards.
• Forklift and other lifting equipment certification.
• Experience overseeing licensed operators and safe equipment handling on site.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment, rigging principles, and safe handling for heavy/ high-value equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound process, coordinating offload, receiving, and inbounding for accurate equipment accounting and staging.
• Manage third-party rigging, handling, logistics, and moving teams; ensure safety, timelines, and quality.
• Verify provider activity on bench; ensure insurance and qualifications are current.
• Report site issues (utilities, HVAC, dock, crane, fire and security) and coordinate resolution.
• Direct warehouse organization: staging plans, storage layout, space utilization, and equipment tracking.
• Oversee load-out operations to meet schedule and customer requirements.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing product; document damage or discrepancies per protocols.
• Enforce safety standards across all warehouse activity; maintain safe environment.
• Coordinate with Program PM to align execution with customer needs and timelines.
• Keep WMS and digital twin updated to reflect floor reality and reporting.
• Conduct inventory audits consistently and accurately.
• Support new site launches and onboarding by scoping and planning operations.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement in handling, storage, and load-out.
• Perform other duties as assigned and travel as needed.
