Job summary

Data Center Storage & Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Project Manager to lead on-site warehouse operations, coordinate inbound, staging, storage, and load-out, and manage third-party crews. You will ensure safety, accuracy, and timely execution while maintaining the WMS and digital twin alignment with floor activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Program PM, directing rigging teams, and driving continuous improvement across physical workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations with physical product movement.
• Experience directing third-party rigging, handling crews, and enforcing safety standards.
• Forklift certification and safe operation of warehouse equipment.
• Solid understanding of OSHA requirements and safety-first culture.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound process, coordinating offload, receiving, and staging.
• Manage third-party rigging, handling, and logistics on site with safety and timelines in mind.
• Validate provider activity, insurance, and qualifications; escalate if needed.
• Report facility issues (utilities, HVAC, dock equipment) to operations leadership.
• Direct warehouse layout, staging plans, storage utilization, and asset tracking.
• Oversee load-out, ensure accurate release against requirements.
• Document inspections for damage or discrepancies per protocols.
• Maintain real-time WMS accuracy and audit cycles.
• Support new site launches and onboarding of customer equipment.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
