FastCo seeks an Operations Executive for its FastGig platform to support the bridge between clients and our flexible gig workforce. This remote role requires one weekend day and rotating shifts to cover peak periods and deliver an outstanding client experience.

You will manage client postings, assist with payments, and support after-sales queries while maintaining a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work rotating shifts including one weekend day.
• Experience in job boards or staffing/recruitment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent written and online communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage customer and logistical challenges.
• Strong prioritising, multitasking, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Google Suite applications to streamline daily tasks.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the bridge between clients and our gig workforce.
• Manage client job postings, ensuring clear communication and attracting the right talent.
• Process payments for gig workers accurately and efficiently.
• Support the Client Success team by handling after-sales queries and troubleshooting client issues.
• Act as a client champion, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Multitask across client needs and gig worker support, maintaining a fast response rate and seamless workflow.
• Approach new challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset and a can-do attitude.
