No Sweat Services is seeking a self-motivated, results-driven Client Experience & Operations Lead for a remote contract role. You will own end-to-end guest logistics, manage vendor communications, and oversee client workflows with autonomy.

Ideal candidates thrive in a self-directed environment, possess strong problem-solving skills, and can operate within US-based independent contractor parameters. Applicants must reside in the United States and be authorized to work as contractors.

Qualifikationen

• US Residency: Must currently reside and operate within the United States.
• Self-Motivation & Independence: Proven ability to manage time effectively and deliver high-quality results without direct supervision.
• Technical Skills: Comfort navigating cloud-based platforms, CRM software, and tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Professional Communication: Excellent written English and a strong telephone demeanor when engaging with enterprise partners and clients.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Account & Workflow Ownership: Manage client accounts independently, taking full responsibility for processing travel specifications, itinerary development, and CRM data accuracy.
• Proactive Vendor Relations: Communicate with resort leads, hotel managers, and transport providers to confirm logistics and preferences.
• Problem Resolution: Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and resolve scheduling changes.
• Itinerary & Quality Control: Draft and verify travel itineraries and supporting documents.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of communication and administrative precision across accounts.
