Responsibilities

• Serve as the bridge between clients and gig workforce.
• Manage client postings, ensuring clear communication and attracting right talent.
• Process payments for gig workers accurately and efficiently.
• Support Account Management by handling after-sales queries and troubleshooting client issues.
• Act as a client champion, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Multitask across client needs and gig worker support with fast response rate.
• Approach new challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset and a can-do attitude.
