Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Head of Operations to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will lead capacity planning, SOP playbooks, and process maps to optimize workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Remote role with flexible hours (5–20 hours per week, or more). Start date ASAP. You will craft high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and decks and collaborate with the AI lab team to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in capacity planning, forecasting, or process mapping in fast-paced ops.
• Experience authoring SOP playbooks and business cases that reduced cost or cycle time.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Develop capacity planning models and inventory forecasting spreadsheets.
• Build SOP playbooks, workflow maps, and operational readiness checklists.
• Produce business cases for process improvements.
