Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience or equivalent work experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, or equivalent.
• Experience in computer/automation warehousing or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of automation, warehousing, and business processes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication with high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work across technical and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Remotely monitor automation system performance and availability with onsite teams.
• Coordinate responses to escalated incidents and accelerate workflows.
• Manage defined automation use cases and actions to maintain uptime and performance.
• Assess robotic vehicle failures, review logs, document findings, and alert service personnel.
• Troubleshoot software-related issues with off-site software engineers and onsite teams.
• Develop SOPs and operating best practices to support ROC execution and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across technology, operations, and onsite teams to identify root causes and improve performance.
