  • Support local control center operations by accelerating workflows and helping coordinate responses to escalated incidents.
  • Manage defined automation system use cases and determine appropriate actions to maintain system uptime, performance, and availability.
  • Assess automated robotic vehicle failures, examine log files, document findings, and alert appropriate service personnel.
  • Troubleshoot software-related issues in partnership with off-site software engineers and onsite Symbotic and customer teams.
  • Develop standard operating procedures, documentation, and operating best practices that support continuous improvement and consistent ROC execution.
  • Partner across technology, operations, and onsite teams to identify root causes and improve overall automation system performance.

  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience or equivalent work experience
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, or equivalent work experience.

  • Ability to review system performance, recognize trends, troubleshoot issues, and use data to support problem solving.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a high level of attention to detail and urgency.
  • Ability to multitask, work effectively across technical and operational teams, and operate independently when required.
